My Story
As a self-proclaimed workaholic, I understand the toll a relentless "work hard, play hard" mentality can take. For years, I was caught in a cycle of burnout, my focus and efficiency drained, and my social battery perpetually low. As young professionals, we're often bombarded with the message that hard work will inevitably pay off. TV shows like Grey's Anatomy and Suits, along with stories of successful figures like Steve Jobs, glorify the grind. However, this ideal is unrealistic and fosters unhealthy habits that harm both your well-being and your success.

My journey towards balance began with a crucial realization: something had to change. As I delved into the field of wellness, I was captivated by the concept of a happy mind leading to a happy body. However, I noticed a gap in addressing the needs of high-achieving individuals who didn't want to lose that part of their identity. Determined to bridge this gap, I immersed myself in wellness, devouring podcasts, books, and engaging in conversations to learn how to prevent burnout while still pursuing big dreams.​

By integrating essential wellness habits and personal non-negotiables into my daily routine, I discovered newfound energy and productivity. I learned that prioritizing myself wasn't selfish; it was the key to achieving more and feeling better. This balanced approach has allowed me to maintain my high-achieving nature while fostering a healthier, more fulfilling lifestyle.

As a high achiever, perfectionism was the root of my workaholic mindset. In high school, my perfectionist tendencies fueled my relentless drive, which only intensified in college. As a pre-med student, I threw myself into academics, extracurriculars, sports, and social life. I would often come off an overnight EMT shift with zero to four hours of sleep, attend classes, hit the gym or go for a run, and end the night socializing with friends. I truly believed I could do it all, but my body had other plans. It wasn't until I prioritized wellness—ensuring adequate sleep, a balanced diet, journaling, and outdoor activities—that I noticed a profound shift in my productivity and overall happiness.

Through hours of research and trial and error I created tools and a program that will work not only for you but with you, personalized to you and how your brain is wired.
